Seagull 507 is one of only 4 upstairs units in the complex with sliding doors from both the lounge and main bedroom opening onto its private balcony, with beautiful views of both the ocean and the beach.

Seagull Holiday Flats is walking distance to various shops, restaurants, the post office, vibrant nightlife as well as the Margate Fishing Pier. The nearest airport is Margate Airport, 3 km away. The complex offers a large communal infinity pool, four braai facilities, onsite laundry facilities and secure parking. There is a children’s play room and a giant chess set for kids to enjoy.
