I was responsible for overseeing two agents' portfolios and ensuring all was smooth and in order, from handling PayProp renewals to interim inspections. My detail in time management and prioritising of tasks had given me the opportunity to grow in the company to a Senior Portfolio Manager.
In 2020, I became a Rental Manager to assist the Branch Managers and Portfolio Managers in training, the daily life of arrears, renewal, and spot checks all over the branches of my principal, Pieter Janse van Rensburg.
I am a hard-working, self-motivated, reliable individual who can work with a team or independently. I enjoy challenges and can cope well under pressure. I am a very quick learner and have an eye for the organization of any general administration. I am confident in my work and communicate well with my seniors and co-workers. I believe in everything I do, and perseverance plays a big role in my life.
I have received the award for the Just Property National Convention for administrator of the the year in office twice in the year 2017 and 2019.
