Originally from Slovakia, I found a second home in South Africa, a country where I learned a new language, embraced a different culture, and built a meaningful life and career. That journey taught me resilience, courage, and the value of staying open to growth, even in unfamiliar territory.

I have worked in the property industry for 16 years and currently serve as a franchisee of Just Property Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage, specialising in residential property management, rentals, and sales. For me, property is about far more than transactions or numbers; it's about people, their stories, and the trust they place in us during some of the most significant decisions of their lives.

My approach to leadership is grounded in servant leadership. True leadership isn't about directing others; it's about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. I care deeply about the well-being of my team, and I lead with warmth, fairness, and compassion.

At the same time, real care also means holding people to high standards and pushing them toward the results they're capable of.

I try to lead by example, bringing integrity, mindfulness, and consistency to everything I do. Success means the most when it creates opportunities for others, strengthens the business, and contributes positively to the wider community.

My journey has taught me that strength and empathy can coexist, and that meaningful leadership is built on trust, accountability, and genuine care for people. I remain committed to growing, making a positive difference, and pursuing excellence without losing sight of the values and relationships that matter most.
