Nestled within the secure Seagull Holiday Flats complex in Margate Beach, Seagull 301 is a delightful self-catering apartment perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway just steps away from the beach.

This unit accommodates 3 adults and 2 children, comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a single bed and a child-only bunk bed and utilizes the second bathroom, fitted with a shower-over-bath. All linen is provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels.

The living area includes a lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and fridge-freezer. Additionally, it has a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The dining area has a table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge area provides a comfortable lounge suite and a TV with an Open View decoder.

Opening onto a covered verandah, the living area offers outdoor seating and uninterrupted views. Guests can access the communal swimming pool, various braai areas, and laundry facilities. The complex also offers a children’s playroom and a giant chess set. Carport parking is available for 1 vehicle.

Notes Breakage Deposit A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment. House Rules The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit is paid must be filled out and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation being returned to Just Property. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages. If the property is damaged, whether intentionally or unintentionally, through negligence or not, by yourself or anyone else, you agree to pay for the damages if they exceed the amount held in the breakage deposit. If you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is on you to inform our offices immediately. The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account you nominate. Please remember to email us your account details. Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 7 days prior to arrival. Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period. No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats, or houses; should you smoke in the house, you will lose your breakage deposit in full. Don’t forget to bring the following: Towels for swimming and bathing DStv decoder, including remote and card During your stay, you will need to bring your own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. If a cleaning service is needed, it can be arranged prior to arrival at an extra cost, which will be provided upon request, if there is a cleaning lady available. Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event that any appliance is out of order, we cannot be held liable for its replacement.
