Rondevoux 27 is a fully furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Rondevoux apartment complex in the heart of Margate overlooking the main Blue Flag beach. and Wimpy is right next door.
Rondevoux 27 can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The air conditioning is currently not in working condition.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area contains a TV. The apartment features an enclosed balcony with an 8-seater dining table and chairs, and built-in braai facilities.
Basement parking is provided in the building with remote-controlled access.
