I wanted to touch base with you regarding the sale of your property at Muscadel Mews and share some honest feedback on how things have been progressing.

Despite our continued marketing efforts and the exposure we have given the property, we are unfortunately not seeing the level of interest or response that we had hoped for at the current asking price.

I genuinely believe that we have a lovely property to offer, but ultimately the market determines what buyers are prepared to pay. At the moment, the feedback we are receiving through the lack of enquiries suggests that the current price may be holding us back.

With this in mind, I would like to discuss the possibility of making a price adjustment from 1 November. My thinking is that a more competitive asking price could help us attract a fresh pool of interested buyers, generate more enquiries and hopefully secure viewings that lead to a serious offer.

I completely understand that reducing the asking price is never an easy conversation, and I certainly don't want you to feel that we are simply looking to lower the price for the sake of achieving a sale. My responsibility is to give you sincere advice based on what we are experiencing in the market, while always keeping your best interests at heart.

Please know that our commitment to selling your property has not changed. We will continue putting in the effort to achieve the best possible result for you, but I also believe it is important that we remain realistic and adapt our approach when the market is not responding as expected.
