I have been working in real estate for the last 15 years, 9 years directly for property investors and going for 6 years at Just Property as a Property Practitioner. I became a successful Property Practitioner by possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills and being able to grow our portfolio with my fellow colleagues. This allows me to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and negotiate favorable deals on their behalf. Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a professional demeanor are also key aspects that I pride myself on as a successful Property Practitioner.

Upkeeping a good standing and ongoing relationship with all my clients even after a transaction has been concluded has resulted in referral business.

As a result, it is essential that I as your agent possess a comprehensive understanding of the local, national, and regional housing markets.
